Registration notice

Please follow the following procedure to submit your application for registration at the University of Kinshasa.

 

1. The first step is to pay the registration fees in accordance with the press release setting out the conditions for registration at the University of Kinshasa.
2. The second is to click on the following link to access the online registration platform
3. Keep your slip safe and sound, as verification will follow.

 

For technical assistance (WhatsApp):

On the platform, you'll be asked to create an account. To do this, you'll need to start by entering your registration fee payment slip number, your valid email address, and a password. The image below shows the various fields you'll need to complete.

1. Choose the registration type (Ordinary or Special)
2. Your valid email address (gmail, yahoo, hotmail, etc.)
3. The phone number
4. Password (The password you will use each time to log in to this space)
5. You are required to confirm the entered password
6. Make the choice (2 choices) for the faculties
7. Accept the terms of use (Just check the box)
8. Click on the register button

For information : It is advisable to use only one account for registration (one candidate will use only one account)
The email address and phone number will be used to either notify or contact the person if assistance or other needs arise.

If all these steps are followed, you will be redirected to a page that will confirm your registration and give you the link to go to your space to complete the registration application.

 

 

Once on the page above, please click on the Log in button, which will open the following page:

 

 

On this page, enter your email address and the password you created previously in this space.

 

Then click on the access button.

If your details are correct, you will be redirected to your registration application area, which looks like the image below.

NB: Please fill out all fields on the form, except the diploma number which is optional. For special registration, there are two forms to fill out. And don't forget to also add your passport photo which will be displayed on your form.

However, an update has been made, so we ask you to consider only the photo part, because the rest of the documents must be deposited at the central office of Unikin.
So, here are the broad outlines:

• Complete and save the form
• Attach photo and save
• Check if the data is correct
• Submit
• Generate PDF file for printing

For special registration, specifically there are two forms to fill out and register

• Monday: Medicine
• Tuesday: Law
• Wednesday: Polytechnic, P and Gas, Psychology and Agronomy
• Thursday: Science, Economics and Pharmacy
• Friday: SSAP, Veterinary Letters and Medicine
