New leaders have been appointed to the management committee of the University of Kinshasa (UNIKIN). In a decree signed Monday, September 20, by the Minister of Higher and University Education, Muhindo Nzangi, Professor Jean-Marie Kayembe has been appointed rector. He replaces Professor Daniel Ngoma Ya Nzuzi in this position.

Professor Banza Nsomwe-A-Nfukwa Eustache will serve as Academic Secretary General, while Professor Lapika Dimonfu has been appointed Administrative Secretary General.

According to the minister's decree, Professor Tshimpi Wola Yaba Antoine has been appointed Secretary General for Research. Ms. Nduangani Masika Yvonne will occupy the position of Budget Administrator.
