 Discussion on the organization and program of the day of popularization of the DRC scientific research policy document at UNIKIN.

Discussion on the provisional budget for the conference on Tuesday, March 15

• The organization (investing people) is financially limited and will not know everything
  take charge;
• The points reviewed: press, envelope (speakers and moderator), experts
  SGR, tray (just refreshment)

Discussion on the Organization and the program of the activity.

• Members of the DPSR popularization mission will speak during
  this activity
• The moderator may be from Unikin, but Ms. Raïssa points out that they have
  also a moderator;
• This activity also aims to promote the development of the centers of
  research ;
• A delivery of 4 copies of the DPSR (document of
  scientific research policy) at the SGR;
• Target Unikin research centers and communicate them to Ms. Raïssa
  in order to prepare a descent after the activity in these centers and to take
  images for the enhancement of said centers;

The activity will take place from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.;

• We agreed that the SGR will receive Ms. Raïssa and her team in its offices at 10:30 a.m., and then together they will go down for the start of the conference.
