From October 12 to 15, 2022, I responded to the invitation from PAN AFRICAN UNIVERSITY for the evaluation of applications for the positions of Rector and two Vice-Rectors of this institution.

The Pan African University is an initiative of the Presidents and governments of the African Union states. It is a first continental network that aims to provide quality postgraduate education for the development of a prosperous, integrated and peaceful Africa.

The session took place on October 13 and 14.

I note with slight disappointment the total absence of candidacies from the Democratic Republic of Congo.
