Scientific Partnership

Dear all,
This concerns us all in the first place and we will decide on the practical options on the sidelines of the departmental council meeting next Friday.

1. The Observatory on the United Nations 2030 Agenda of the Centre for Integration and Globalization Studies (CEIM) of the University of Quebec in Montreal (UQÀM) has requested a scientific partnership with the Department of Public International Law and International Relations of the University of Kinshasa (DIPRI).

2. Following discussions between the Head of DIPRI and one of the co-directors of the Observatory, the parties agreed on the effectiveness of this partnership.

3. DIPRI members are expected to participate in research and research dissemination activities, including the writing and publication of articles, books and columns; effective participation in conferences, symposia, workshops or reading circles related to the sustainable development objectives initiated by the Observatory.

4. DIPRI will therefore be a privileged partner of the Observatory during the implementation of the activities described above. The link to the DIPRI website will be visible on the Observatory's website, whose website is under construction.

5. The co-directors of the Observatory, François Roch and Blaise-Pascal Ntirumenyerwa Mihigo, thank DIPRI for its cooperation.
