Launch of development work on the premises of the Agence universitaire de la Francophonie at the University of Kinshasa. This Monday, April 3, the Rector of the University of Kinshasa, Professor Jean Marie Kayembe, handed over the keys as part of the launch of development work on the premises that will house the AUF offices in the DRC. In addition to the offices themselves, this space will also house the French-speaking digital campus, which includes the distance learning (FOAD) space for researchers, students, and professionals who want to continue their studies at other AUF member universities across five continents. Another space for creation, innovation, and prototyping will be dedicated to the digital fabrication laboratory (Fablab). The French-speaking employability center will also be located in these premises to allow students and recent graduates to develop skills for employment and self-employment. A MOOC studio will also be located there. This work will take two months.
