The two days of reflection organized by the University of Kinshasa at the Academic Senate ended this Wednesday, May 24, 2023. These days of reflection based on the prevention of food shortages had the objective, as emphasized by the Rector of UNIKIN, Professor Jean-Marie KAYEMBE NTUMBA, to propose short, medium and long-term solutions with a view to providing a quality service to the community, one of the missions of a University.

At the end of these meetings, the participants formulated detailed resolutions under three axes, notably: the improvement of corn production yield; the improvement of the marketing system; and finally the creation of value chains.
