In order to boost malaria research, which constitutes one of the pillars of support for the basic strategic axes of the fight, the National Malaria Control Program (PNLP) intends to place particular emphasis on scientific production, innovation and the valorization of research results with the support of its Operational Research (OR) implementing partners, namely the World Health Organization (WHO), GLOBAL FUND, PMI, USAID, DFID, CAGF, CHISU, PATH, SANRU, IMA, IMPACT MALARIA, universities and other private sector partners. In the fight against malaria, Operational Research studies are supposed to address the problems encountered in implementation in order to provide explanations and solutions for their resolution, to create evidence bases on the best implementation approaches and to contribute to the revision of policies, so as to adopt proven interventions.
