“From now on, students at the University of Kinshasa will leave the campus not to seek employment but to create it.” These are the words of the Rector of the University of Kinshasa, Professor Doctor Jean-Marie KAYEMBE NTUMBA, on the occasion of the foundation stone laying ceremony for the construction of an entrepreneurship and innovation incubator, held this Tuesday, July 18, 2023 at Unikin. This work is supported by the Education and Training Promotion Fund (FPEF) and the Church of Latter-day Saints, a partner of the aforementioned fund. The launch of this work reflects the new vision of the Management Committee of the University of Kinshasa, which wants to make UNIKIN an entrepreneurial and innovative institution, serving the Congolese community.

The entrepreneurship and innovation incubator will be built behind the Regional School for the Development and Management of Integrated Forests and Tropical Territories (ERAIFT), near the Kinshasa Neuro-Psychopathological Center (CNPP).
