UNIKIN fights against the Kuluna phenomenon through their integration into socio-professional life

As part of its missions, including research and community service, the University of Kinshasa, through the Center for Criminology and Social Pathology (CCPS), attached to the School of Criminology of the University of Kinshasa, is developing criminological research applied to the Kuluna phenomenon for the exit from violence of young people skilled in Kuluna through their socio-professional integration in sewing and fitting workshops operating in their neighborhoods, on an experimental basis in the communes of Kimbanseke, Limete (Mombele) and Kisenso, with the support of OPEN SOCIETY AFRICA.
This innovative criminological approach is called the AHPER Approach (Holistic local support for the emancipation of young people involved in urban violence through socio-professional reintegration)
