Today, April 1, 2024, Professor Jean-Marie Kayembe, Rector of the University of Kinshasa, was presented with a gift in recognition of his distinguished tenure at the helm of the institution and his recent title as Ambassador of the University of Liège. He is the first Congolese Rector to receive this honor. The trophy, depicting a bow ready to be drawn, symbolizes effective international communication and vigor.
