Questions about the internationalization of higher education and university institutions were on the agenda of discussions in Belgium between the various heads of International Relations of several institutions, namely: the University of Kinshasa, the University of Lubumbashi, the University of Mons, the University of Namur, the University of Liège, the Catholic University of Louvain, the Free University of Brussels, the Haute École de Vinci, the Ecole Nationale Supérieur des Arts visuels de la Cambre, the International Relations departments of the Academy of Scientific Research and the heads of the NGO ULB Cooperation.
Wearing her hat as pilot for achieving Result 1 on internationalization in the ARES -UNIKIN 2022-2027 Institutional Support program, from April 15 to 19, 2024, Professor Josephine Ntumba Kankolongo, partner of Professor Serge Jaumain of the Free University of Brussels, took advantage of this great mass to gather information on the organization of internationalization as experienced and practiced in Belgian educational institutions to better organize the International Relations department.
