Inauguration of the Center for Advanced Technological Studies at the University of Kinshasa.
This Thursday, April 25, 2024, the Rector of the University of Kinshasa, Professor Jean Marie Kayembe Ntumba launched the activities of the Center for Advanced Technological Studies at the University of Kinshasa.
This Center is the result of a partnership between Cerdas and the company Stermworld Services of Canada.
The objectives of this Center are to train and strengthen the capacities of young Congolese people in digital transformation as well as the development of intelligent applications according to the specifications of user needs in the DRC.
The launch ceremony was punctuated by an inaugural conference led by Professor Kasiama Ignace of the University of Ottawa. This conference focused on the theme: Artificial intelligence: an economic opportunity for the DRC.
