The Rector of the University of Kinshasa, Professor Jean-Marie Kayembe Ntumba, received a delegation from KU Leuven this Monday, June 24, 2024, as part of the Exploration of Shared Colonial Heritage, focusing on academic and religious relations. The delegation includes key members such as Professors Bert Demarsin, Director of the Heritage Service, Kim Christiaens, Director of KADOC (Documentation and Research Center on Religion, Culture and Society), Bart Raymaekers, Advisor to the Rector of KU Leuven on Culture, Arts and Heritage, Drs. Sam Kuijken, Researcher at the Faculty of Arts, and Ms. Hilde Vanmechelen, Director-Publisher of Lannoo Publishing.
