Ambassador Balumwene, representing the Democratic Republic of Congo in China, was at the University of Kinshasa this Thursday, February 6, 2025. He was received by the Rector, Professor Doctor Jean-Marie Kayembe Ntumba, accompanied by the Academic Secretary General, Professor Charles Odiko Lokangaka, and the Administrative Secretary General, Bruno Lapika Dimomfu. This was an opportunity for him to announce an upcoming visit by a delegation from Yangtze University, China, to Kinshasa as part of a partnership. Ambassador Balumwene appreciated the current dynamism of the Management Committee of the University of Kinshasa, which wants to make the former Unaza an innovative and entrepreneurial university, a path already taken by Chinese universities.
