Introduction
- Still very limited overall capability to generate variant data: < lack of equipment & expertise.
- The few so far available data were collected from research projects using candidate gene approach to evaluate the influence of selected variants.
- Activities of DRC node are so far located in 2 sites:
- Centrum for Human Genetics of UNIKIN
- Pediatrics Department of UNILU
- So, our main effort is to build good expertise and basic infrastructure across the country
