Meeting held on the eve of the long-awaited launch of the Inter-University Diploma (DIU) on hospital hygiene
This collaboration represents a valuable opportunity for sharing knowledge and best practices between healthcare institutions. Indeed, hospital hygiene is a crucial issue for patient safety and quality of care, particularly in the current pandemic context. The delegation was able to discuss the specific challenges faced in the healthcare sector in the Democratic Republic of Congo, as well as the innovative strategies implemented to address them.
During this visit, discussions also focused on the prospects for continuing education, which could benefit a greater number of healthcare professionals. This partnership promises not only to strengthen the skills of the participants, but also to contribute to the improvement of healthcare infrastructure within the University Clinics of Kinshasa. The commitment of the two French universities underscores the importance of education and training in the sustainable development of healthcare systems in Africa.
This initiative could also pave the way for future research projects and academic exchanges, thus strengthening ties between institutions and enriching the experience of the students and professionals involved.
