SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH AND MEETINGS!

We all know that mobility allows researchers, among other things, to meet others, to discover another way of working, of thinking, of discovering, of promoting, of popularizing results. Mobility undeniably allows for an even broader opening of critical thinking; it forces emulation. During my travels, I also make it a point of honor to meet at least one major local reference, an icon who lets the local scientific culture shine through in himself. Just like someone who comes to the University of Kinshasa and breaks down in fifteen, before leaving, to meet those whom we should constantly honor during their lifetime: Jean-Jacques Muyembe, Emile Bongeli, Kabeya Tshikuku, Jean-Marie Kayembe, Ngoma Binda, Bernard Lututala and so many others.
