REGISTRATIONS

The Academic Secretary General of the University of Kinshasa informs the public that, pending the establishment of the 2025-2026 academic calendar by the supervisory authority, registration for the 2025-2026 academic year begins on Friday, August 8, 2025, in accordance with the attached timetable. Registration is done online. Candidates wishing to register at UNIKIN must:

1. Visit www.unikin.ac.cd.
2. Read the registration instructions and complete the form by clicking on “Registration”.

After completing all the formalities, candidates who obtained less than 60 % in the state examinations, with the exception of the faculties of Medicine, Dental Medicine, Polytechnic, and the Math-Info department, will have to apply to the different faculties of their choice for the entrance exam.

1. REGULAR REGISTRATIONS

• Payment: 145,000 Congolese Francs for registration fees, to be paid either to the Rawbank (account No. 01006829946-86 CDF), or to Equity BCDC (account No. 04101-00001017289-18 CDF), or to Access Bank (No. 00214098184-03).
• The candidate must download and print a pre-filled form with a QR Code to present to the bank for payment.

COMPONENTS OF THE REGISTRATION FILE:

• School title.
• Passport photo.
• Bulletins of

4th, 5th and 6th secondary.

• Certificate of good conduct and morals.
• Birth certificate.
• Certificate of physical fitness.
• Identity document.

Except for the passport photo (JPG, JPEG or PNG format), all other documents must be in PDF format and cannot exceed 5 MB. The candidate must provide a valid email address and a working telephone number in the format +243XXXXXXXXX.

With the exception of the faculties of Medicine, Dentistry, Polytechnic, as well as the Department of Math-Info in Science and Technology, where the competitive examination is mandatory, candidates who have obtained less than 60 % must present themselves in the various faculties to register for the entrance examination. The practical arrangements will be posted in the valves of the faculties.

1. SPECIAL REGISTRATION

• Constituent elements of the file: legalized transcripts from previous years and a school or academic qualification.

NB:

There is no special registration for the final year.
