Academic year 2026-2027 — Procedures, fees and required documents.

I. REGULAR ENROLLMENT (RECRUITMENT CLASSES)

Formalities to complete for enrollment at UNIKIN

The Academic Secretary General of the University of Kinshasa informs the public that, pending the determination of the 2026-2027 academic calendar by the supervising authority, enrollment for the 2026-2027 academic year begins this August 4, 2026, in accordance with the attached schedule. Enrollment is done online. Candidates wishing to enroll at UNIKIN must:

Visit the website www.unikin.ac.cd.

Read the enrollment instructions and fill out the form by clicking on "Enrollment" (or "Registration").

After completing all the formalities, candidates who obtained less than 60% in the State Exams—except for the faculties of Medicine, Dental Medicine, Polytechnic, and the Math-Info department—must present themselves at the respective faculties of their choice for the admission test.

REGULAR ENROLLMENT

Payment: 150,000 Congolese Francs for registration fees, to be deposited either at Rawbank (Account No. 01006829946-86 CDF), Equity BCDC (Account No. 04101-00001017289-18 CDF), or Access Bank (Account No. 00214098184-03).

The candidate must download and print a pre-filled form with a QR Code to present at the bank for payment.

COMPONENTS OF THE ENROLLMENT FILE:

  • High school diploma (or Academic credential).
  • Passport photo.
  • Report cards for the 4th, 5th, and 6th years of secondary school.
  • Certificate of good conduct (Attestation de bonne vie et mœurs).
  • Birth certificate.
  • Certificate of physical fitness (Medical certificate).
  • Identity document.

Note on formatting and submission: Except for the passport photo (JPG, JPEG, or PNG format), all other documents must be in PDF format and cannot exceed 2 MB. The candidate must provide a valid email address and an operational phone number in the format +243XXXXXXXXX.

With the exception of the faculties of Medicine, Dental Medicine, Polytechnic, as well as the Math-Info department in Sciences and Technologies, where the entrance exam is mandatory, candidates who obtained less than 60% must present themselves at the various faculties to register for the admission test. Practical arrangements will be posted on the faculty notice boards.

SPECIAL ENROLLMENT

Components of the file: Legalized transcripts from previous years and a school or academic credential.

N.B.: There is no special enrollment for the final (graduating) year.
