UNIKIN STRATEGIC PLAN HORIZON 2023-2028

The University of Kinshasa (UNIKIN) currently has 4,474 employees, including 1,300 professors, 1,458 members of the scientific staff (potential academic successors), 1,832 administrative staff, technicians and workers, and more than 25,000 regularly enrolled students. Its management committee includes five members: (1) Rector, (2) Academic Secretary General, (3) Secretary General for Research, (4) Administrative Secretary General, and (5) Budget Administrator. As a university teaching institution, UNIKIN trains managers and researchers from thirteen faculty options, including:
