RÉSUMÉ
Cette étude intitulée «Le mariage pour tous à l’épreuve de la mondialisation de la culture en RDC. Etude sociologique menée dans la ville de Kinshasa» est une réflexion sur la mondialisation de la culture comme un phénomène caractéristique des sociétés contemporaines, dans le contexte de l’expansion du capitalisme occidental portée par la philosophie du néolibéralisme. Prenant prétexte sur l’expansion mondiale du mariage pour tous, d’origine occidentale, l’étude se projette dans le futur de la RDC pour analyser les probabilités pour la société congolaise d’adopter cette pratique culturelle et comprendre les conséquences qui en découleraient pour la culture nationale.
La recherche se fonde sur l’hypothèse selon laquelle la majorité des congolais seraient plutôt défavorables à l’avènement dans leur société du « mariage pour tous », compte tenu des enjeux et des défis politiques, socioéconomiques et socioculturels que représente le mariage pour tous pour la culture et la société congolaises.
Afin d’assurer la production et l’analyse des données récoltées sur le terrain auprès d’un échantillon diversifié choisi suivant la technique de boule de neige, et vérifier notre hypothèse de recherche, nous avons recouru à la dialectique de l’antagonisme comme méthode d’analyse et aux techniques d’observation directe, au questionnaire, au focus group et à l’analyse du contenu.
L’analyse a permis de conclure qu’en République Démocratique du Congo, et à Kinshasa en particulier, le mariage pour tous comme phénomène vécu à large échelle n’existe pas encore.
Les quelques couples homosexuels recensés vivent dans la clandestinité parce que le mariage, pour tous n’est adopté ni dans la Constitution congolaise, ni même dans la culture générale congolaise.
ABSTRACT
This is caIled « The marriage for all to the test of the globalization of culture in the DRC, sociological study carried out in the City of Kinshasa », is a reflection on the globalization of culture as a phenomenon characteristic of contemporary societies, in the context of the expansion of western capitalism carried by the philosophy of neoliberalism, taking the pretext of the global expansion of marriage for all, of western origin, the study is planned for the future of the DRC to analyze the possibilities for Congolese society to adapt this cultural practice and understand the consequences that would result for the national culture.
The research is based on the hypothesis according to cuhich the majority of Congolese are rather unfavorable to the advent in their society of marriage for all; given the games and political, socio-economic and marriage represents for all for the Congolese culture and society.
ln order to ensure the production and analysis of data coIlected in the field from a diverse sample chosen using the snowball technic and verify our research hypothesis. We used the Dialectic of antagonism as a method of analysis and direct observation technics,
questionnaire, focus group and content analysis.
The analysis made it possible to conclude that is the Democratie Republic of Congo, and Kinshasa in particular, marriage for all as a phenomenon experienced on a large scale does not yet exist. The few Homo sexual couples identified live in hiding because marriage for aIl is not adapted either in the Congolese constitution, or even in the general Congolese culture.
