The President of the Democratic Republic of Congo, His Excellency Félix Antoine TSHISEKEDI, received on March 16, the Rectors of UNIKIN, UCC, UC Louvain and KU Leuven. On this occasion, the Head of State expressed the wish to have information from UNIKIN on the causes, effects and possible solutions related to traffic jams in the city Province of Kinshasa. Indeed, these so-called traffic jams result in numerous economic, social, environmental and health impacts.

Thus, three days of residential workshop on this persistent social problem in the capital. This activity will be attended by experts from several state institutions in Kinshasa, and stakeholders from both the private and public sectors.
