"Presentation of the ARSP: the Head of State's vision for economic development, emergence, and the fight against poverty." This was the subject of the discussions that took place this Saturday, June 10, 2023, at the Léon de Saint Moulin amphitheater of the University of Kinshasa between the Director General of the Regulatory Authority for Subcontracting in the Private Sector (ARSP) and student delegations from various universities in Congo. The aim was to present the ARSP and discuss the various concerns raised by the students.

Satisfied with the quality of the discussions and the clear desire to make the Head of State's promise tangible, the Rector of the University of Kinshasa, Professor Jean-Marie KAYEMBE NTUMBA, welcomes the initiative brought by DG Miguel KASHALA KATEMB, that of marrying the theory learned with the vision of UNIKIN while transforming students into entrepreneurs.
