OBJECTIVE OF THE WORKSHOP

One of the thorny problems that is very often found on the social and political scene in Africa is the confusion of roles between leaders and their voters. This prevents the political and social apparatus from functioning properly. Moreover, the confusion of roles in a democracy has always led to abuses in a society.
and discontent that could have been avoided if everyone had known how to play their part. This leadership workshop thus aims to create a long-term partnership between the University of Kinshasa and Indiana University in the field of leadership by creating bilateral cooperation. With the United States being the spearhead of leadership in the world, the Democratic Republic of Congo will benefit enormously from American experts in preparing individuals to
play important roles in leadership.
