The Rector of the University of Kinshasa, Professor Jean-Marie KAYEMBE NTUMBA, delivered his welcome address in the Monekosso Room this Wednesday, June 28, 2023, to the Minister of Scientific Research, Excellency Gilbert KABANDA KURHENGA, who was present at the morning.
