The Secretary General for Research, Professor YANDJU, has just made available to DEA/DES and thesis candidates a list of the elements constituting the file.

FILE ELEMENT

1. The cover letter or application for registration to the Head of Department
2. The updated curriculum vitae
3. First and second cycle rating statements
4. Minutes of validation of the dissertation or thesis project by the Department,
   proposal of the Supervisory Committee
5. The latest ministerial decree appointing each member of the jury
6. The various school (state diploma) and academic qualifications obtained
7. Previous publications in indexed journals
8. Criminal record extract (Thesis candidate)
9. The nationality certificate
10. Research project validated by minutes of the Departmental Council and
    of the Faculty
11. Payment slips for fees
12. The duly completed registration application form with the various notices
13. Two volumes of dissertation with English/French synthesis
14. Anti-plagiarism fee slip and certificate of analysis (maximum 15% of
    similarity)
15. Justification of the contribution and presence of each member of the jury
16. Indication of the specialty of each member of the jury
17. Jury compliance (no more than 2 members from the same department)
