Nous vous invitons au premier congrès de la Société Congolaise de Néphrologie (SOCONEPH) qui aura lieu du 23 au 25 août 2023.
Les résumés sont à soumettre sur le site web des Annales Africaines de Médecine sur le site web www.anafrimed.net dans l’onglet soumission avant le 15/06/2023 selon les instructions ci-après :

A. General Instructions

1. The abstract must be written in French and English in Roman Word Time without spacing. It must be structured as follows: Context & objectives/ Methods/ Results/ Conclusion & Keywords versus Context and objectives/Methods/Results/ Conclusion & Keywords It is possible to attach an image or a single table in the text of the abstracts. It is not necessary to give the references. In the file to be uploaded do not forget to indicate the main author and co-authors with their contact addresses, while specifying the main correspondent as well as his contact address; abstract (in English and French) of no more than 250 words; keywords (in English and French) of no more than 3 words and declaration of conflicts of interest.

2. Your abstract must be submitted exclusively in the editorial section once in the scholarOnemanuscript platform

3. Choose a preference for your presentation (or leave it indifferent) between oral presentation or poster. The selection committee has the right to reject abstracts that do not meet the formal criteria.

B. Instructions pratiques Se connecter sur le site web des Annales Africaines de Médecine www.anafrimed.net dans l’onglet soumission

1. Create a user account (if you don't have one yet) and follow the instructions below (only fill in where required). The website is hybrid. You can work in English or French. – Title choose between Dr, Miss, Mr, Mrs, Ms, Pr – Name – Primary email address – Primary email address (confirmed) – Institution (University of Kinshasa faculty medicine…) – User ID your email address – Password (at least 8 characters including at least two numbers) If you already have a user account, enter your email address and password for the Annales website. If you have forgotten your password, please reset it by following the instructions

2. Once on the platform, choose author then Editorial then the following: Types, title & Abstract – Title (50 words and no more)

Running Head (50 characters: this is the short title or just your name etc.)

– Abstract (200 words in the system) File upload (file to be loaded)

– You can upload a complete file (main document) containing the authors page with their affiliation, the English and French title, both English and French abstracts with at least 6 keywords in alphabetical order Attributes Authors & institutions.

– Enter the email addresses of all authors one by one.

If it is not recognized automatically, click at the top, create an email address and do it manually. Reviewers (critical readers) this is optional, you can not suggest a reviewer. Detail & how to fill in the items. Review & submit. Click on review to view all the text. If OK, click on Submission/Submit.
