Capacity building workshop in quality assurance for managers of higher education and university institutions
The Rector of the University of Kinshasa, Professor Dr. Jean-Marie KAYEMBE NTUMBA, took part this Monday, November 21, 2022, in the Capacity Building Workshop in Quality Assurance for Heads of Higher and University Education Institutions under the high patronage of the Ministry of ESU in collaboration with the National Quality Assurance Agency (ANAQ-ESU), the Francophone University Agency (AUF) and the African Francophone Network of National Quality Assurance Agencies (RAFANAQ).
The objectives of this workshop were:
- First, promote the culture of quality within higher education and university institutions (ESU) in the city of Kinshasa and other provinces by strengthening the capacities of their quality assurance managers through the sharing of good practices;
- Then, support public and private higher education and university establishments (EESU) in the process of implementing their Internal Quality Assurance Units (CIAQ);
- Finally, prepare the EESUs for the exercise of self-assessments through the institutional framework with a view to external assessments by ANAQ-ESU.
