Note : The election of departmental office bearers, for all those whose terms of office are ending in all faculties, will take place on September 4, 2020. Each faculty is making its own arrangements to organize the various elections. This schedule cannot allow for any exceptions.
The departmental elections will be supervised by the same people assigned to the elections of the decanal offices.
The various electoral commissions are invited to start work upon receipt of this correspondence.
