Generating wealth through research for sustainable development at the University of Kinshasa. This is the objective set by the faculties of the University of Kinshasa. These entities presented, one after the other, to the Unikin Management Committee, the various projects intended to boost sustainable development at the eldest daughter of Congolese universities. An extraordinary meeting took place this Friday, January 12, 2024, at the Academic Senate of Mgr Maurice Plevoet.

It follows the tour carried out, during the month of November 2023, by the Rector of the University of Kinshasa, Professor Jean-Marie KAYEMBE NTUMBA, in the 13 faculties of UNIKIN with the same objective. Agricultural projects, design offices, consulting firms, commercial enterprises, etc. will be created to enable UNIKIN to supplement the students' tuition fees, its main source of funding.
