Two experts from the UNIKIN School of Criminology on a mission to evaluate PNC reforms in Bunia, Ituri
Two experts from the UNIKIN School of Criminology are on a study mission to Bunia in Ituri to assess the changes made in the context of the Police reform since their previous study carried out in 2023. The Director of the UNIKIN School of Criminology, Professor Raoul KIENGE-KIENGE and Director Jean-René MABWILO were received by the Provincial Commissioner of the PNC in Ituri, Ngoy Sengelwa Kyo Seguin, who is also a criminologist from UNILU. They visited the Police infrastructure built and rehabilitated after the 2023 study.
