Speaking about the organization of the One Health approach in the DRC, P. O Nadège NGOMBE emphasized that an observation emerges on the traditional health system in the DRC, which demonstrates that health systems do not adequately respond to the factors that lead to or promote the emergence or re-emergence of diseases. Therefore, the resolution of today's epidemiological threats and tomorrow's problems cannot be accomplished with yesterday's approaches.
