May 1, 2023, International Labor Day, feast of Saint Joseph, Patron Saint of Workers, is the day chosen by the University Parish, Our Lady of Wisdom in collaboration with the Rector, Professor Jean-Marie KAYEMBE NTUMBA and his Management Committee to honor our scientific giants of the Inspired Hill, I quote, “The Professors Emeritus”.

At this ceremony, the Rector awarded the valiant seniors medals of merit for both active and passive members.

Tributes were paid to the Emeritus Professors of the University of Kinshasa on the occasion of the 137th International Labor Day, in recognition of the significant service rendered to the entire university community in general and to the University of Kinshasa in particular.

Accompanied by the Eucharist, a classical music concert and a cocktail reception, this ceremony was a great success.
