“Youth Employability: Failures and Successes!” This is the theme of the masterclass organized by the Special Fund for the Promotion, Entrepreneurship and Employment of Youth (FSPEEJ) in collaboration with the University of Kinshasa.
This ceremony was chaired by the Rector of UNIKIN, Professor Jean-Marie KAYEMBE NTUMBA, who congratulated the DG of FSPEEJ, Mr Joseph MBUYI, and encouraged him to continue the momentum of promoting and training young people in the field of employment.

Preparing young people for career success, increasing their employability, and supporting their access to employment is the goal of this program, as emphasized by Ms. Josée NGALULA, Coordinator of the FSPEEJ Office.
Three speakers made the room vibrate to the rhythm of youth employability, including: Mr Rodérick-Victor NYANGI, DGA of FSPEEJ; Mr Deo KASONGO, Crisis Communication Expert and Digital Marketing Advisor; as well as Ms Gisèle BONDO, Director of UBA DRC Retail Banking.
