CONTINUE REORGANIZING RESEARCH AND ALLOCATING FUNDING FOR IT!

1. Researchers often discuss and lament the thorny problem of research funding in our country. Elders and/or colleagues like Bongeli, Mvioki, Mimbu, Kisangani, Musesa, Beya, Sesep, or even the "young" Emeritus Ngoma-Binda and so many others often return to this issue. To which I often respond, not without malice: "Let's start with the few resources at our disposal, effectively apply the few measures that already exist, and relentlessly intensify awareness-raising among decision-makers." Development risks remaining a distant dream without very proactive action for the benefit of research.
