The Tripartite led by the Rector of the University of Kinshasa, Professor Doctor Jean-Marie KAYEMBE NTUMBA, was received this Thursday, March 16, 2023 by the President of the Democratic Republic of Congo, His Excellency Mr. Félix-Antoine TSHISEKEDI TSHILOMBO.
