The University of Kinshasa Management Committee launched its Strategic Plan for the period 2023-2028 on Tuesday, August 15, 2023. This took place during a conference held in the Monekosso Room, located near the University Clinics of Kinshasa. This plan includes the various axes through which the Inspired Hill will operate its transformation while driving that of Congolese society as a whole. These axes are:

– An enterprising and innovative university; Redefinition of the contract between Unikin and other partners such as staff, students and the private sector; governance, digitalization and digitization of UNIKIN; Reinvention of curricula for diplomas with high employability power; new generation scientific research to serve the challenges of the sectors; Making the alumni community a strength for the University; Geographical growth of the University; communication, advocacy and social responsibility; security (prevention and risk management); A strategic partnership for emergence.

The Rector of the University of Kinshasa, Professor Jean-Marie Kayembe Ntumba, calls on the entire university community to take ownership of the Strategic Plan and support it, as it is through collective effort that Unikin will be able to transform itself and boost Congolese society. He also calls on Congolese society to embrace this plan, which is intended for its well-being.
