The University of Kinshasa has provided the Lemba Town Hall with a space to serve as the Mont-Amba Secondary Civil Registry Office, at the request of Mayor Jean Serge POBA MAYIMONA. The inaugural ceremony took place on Tuesday, January 21, 2025. This office, located in the Administrative Building of the Inspired Hill, will facilitate the obtaining of necessary documents that can only be issued by the civil authority.

Mayor Jean Serge POBA MAYIMONA symbolically handed over registers to the Civil Registrar of this secondary office, Mr. Xavier NIAMAA, for the registration of newborns and deaths. For his part, the Rector of the daughter of the ESU expressed his satisfaction and believes that this premises will bring the University of Kinshasa closer to the Lemba Municipal House.
