This is the main point on the agenda of the meeting, this Tuesday, October 24, 2023 at the Administrative Building, between the Rector of the University of Kinshasa, Professor Jean-Marie KAYEMBE NTUMBA, and these icons of Higher and University Education. The delegation of patriarchs was led by Professor MALEMBE TAMANDIAK, President of the Caucus of Professors Emeritus of the Democratic Republic of Congo. Let us recall that among the benefits contained in the texts governing Higher and University Education, Professors Emeritus are entitled to a house and a vehicle donated by the State.
