Scientific Research and Major Resolutions for the Year 2023

The General Assembly of Higher and University Education in the Democratic Republic of Congo in September 2021 (EGESU-RDC 2021) opened up great avenues and a book report will soon be dedicated to them (Antoine Tshimpi and Michel Bisa, book Scientific Research Report). These EGESU-RDC 2021 gave each of us the opportunity to express ourselves, to establish a severe assessment of the Higher and University Education sector in the DRC. Three hundred and twenty-nine (329) Resolutions came out of it, including a large number related to the revitalization of Research in our country. The year 2022 can be considered as year 1 post EGESU-RDC 2021; it saw the realization of several resolutions, in a collective dynamism. This assessment would not have been possible without your involvement; it is, modestly, the pride of all of us. The 2022 Research Report, attached here, returns to this.
