TRIPARTITE, TRI THESIS, R ESEARCH AND COLLABORATION

From the Airbus A330-300 plane, full as an egg and bringing us back to Kinshasa (which we are eager to embrace), I am writing to share an observation according to which "the one who will stop the soaring rates of air transport, despite the surge in prices, has not yet been born!" On this subject, it will be fortunate that Congo Airways, or another national airline, is currently negotiating partnerships, to take its rightful place in this field, given the size and geographical location of our country. Suggestions from fellow researchers and experts in the field are awaited; I will seek them out anyway, for a scientific morning that should result in concrete proposals to enlighten our decision-makers and the city.
