With the participation of HE Mr. Muhindo Nzangi, Minister of Higher and University Education, and HE Mr. Bruno Aubert, Ambassador of France to the DRC. The University of Kinshasa is represented by Rector Jean-Marie Kayembe and his SGR Antoine Tshimpi. The discussions focused on
1. Research Policy in the DRC: decompartmentalization, mobility, CO construction; What content? and,
2. Partnership and Cooperation, What content?
