Closing this Friday, February 26, 2023 at INPP/Lubumbashi, of the workshop on the use of cassava flour in baking and pastry making held by Professor Marie YANDJU in the Haut-Katanga Province.
This large-scale ceremony was held in the city of Lubumbashi, in the presence of the Provincial Minister of Industry of Haut Katanga, Representative of the Governor and the Director of the Congolese Agro-Food Industries Company.
It should be noted that this event ended with the presentation of certificates to those trained, and the presentation of waffles and cakes prepared with cassava.
