As part of the Women's Month activities at Unikin, our Alma Mater and the School of Art debate and spokesperson, organized a conference-debate this Thursday, March 17, 2022 on the theme: “Female Leadership in the Media: Digital Issues and Challenges.” Under the leadership of the two moderators Divine Mbala And Dorcas Kabeya, two career journalists explored the theme of the day, enriched by their cutting-edge professional experiences. They are Ms. Marthe Bosuandole from Agence France Presse and Cleopatra Iluku from Actualité.cd.

These two media women have a focus on competitiveness in the professional world. Women should rise to the status of opinion leaders. Meritocracy should take precedence over parity.

THE Professor Yvonne Nduagani Masika, Budget Administrator of Unikin, unable to attend for the occasion (represented by Assistant Carmène Malonda) and Ms. Marthe Bosuandole were awarded the honorary diploma of the School of the Art of Debate and Spokesperson in recognition of their leadership. This was presented by Mr. Placide Lukeka Kalume, coordinator of the said school.
