This Forum is a major international scientific event that offers the opportunity to share knowledge and technological innovations, and a framework for consultation between major players in the water resources sector, including researchers, decision-makers, managers, users and investors, with a view to promoting the emergence of a sustainable development model based on the management of water resources services in the Congo Basin and the creation of wealth.
