Meeting this Wednesday, April 19, 2023, at the National Museum of the DRC, of the partners of the PICO Project supported by WBI of Belgium.
These partners, ULiège (Dean of the Faculty of Architecture, Prof. Pierre Hallot and Prof. Muriel Verbeeck, Scientific Manager of the project), Unikin (Prof. Mvumbi Lelo, representative of CoGes and Prof. Mumbembele Placide, designer of the Musée/Unikin project), National Museum of the DRC/MNRDC (Prof. Pala Kamango Louise and Prof. Bundjoko Banyata Henry) and Institute of National Museums of Congo/INMC and Academy of Fine Arts (Prof. Bwiza Kinamuli Jean-Damascene) met on 19/04/2023 at the MNRDC to discuss the practical arrangements for starting the project, which essentially aims to train wibinaries in the restoration of DRC painting.
