The Academic Secretary General of the University of Kinshasa, Professor Eustache BANZA NSOMWE-A-NFUNKWA, has been elected National Deputy. This is the outcome of the ruling handed down this Tuesday, March 12, 2024, by the Constitutional Court of the DRC.

The ruling of this court puts an end to the entire electoral process. It cannot be appealed. It should be noted that the Academic Secretary General of UNIKIN BANZA is joining the Budget Administrator of the University of Kinshasa, Professor Arsène MWAKA BWENGE, in the National Assembly.
