The Rector of the University of Kinshasa, Professor Jean-Marie KAYEMBE NTUMBA, signed, this Wednesday, July 5, 2023, the African charter for transformative research collaboration with other African universities.

This was on the sidelines of the Conference of Rectors, Vice-Chancellors and Presidents of African Universities, which is being held in Windhoek, Namibia. The theme of the proceedings is quite eloquent: "Advancing Excellence in African Higher Education." Exchanges and sharing of experiences are expected in the coming days between the universities that signed the charter.
