“Between Rwanda and the Democratic Republic of Congo, I choose the DRC which is right…” These are the words in which the French political icon addressed the inspired university community of the hill in the Monekosso Hall of the University of Kinshasa this Monday, October 30, 2023.
In his speech, the former French minister and presidential candidate suggested that every nation is free to choose what is right and what is wrong. He urged the entire Congolese community to be vigilant in the face of the Rwandan massacres in the country dear to Patrice-Emery Lumumba.

Well before this conference, the French opponent was welcomed by the members of the Management Committee of the University of Kinshasa, in the Mgr Maurice Plevoets Room where the Academic Secretary General, Professor Eustache BANZA made a brief presentation of the eldest daughter of the ESU.
