The current vision of the Technical Services and Maintenance Department is to develop a prestigious Department, recognized for its professionalism, responsiveness and technical expertise and generating revenue based on the digitalization of its maintenance and technical management process.

Currently, DSTM faces four major challenges, including:

• Agent absenteeism.
